We deliver the Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) Program across Victoria’s North West region. This vital program helps kindergartens welcome and support children with disabilities, additional needs, or complex medical conditions.
We’re building a vibrant pool of KIS Additional Assistants – caring, energetic individuals who want to make a real difference in children’s lives. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
As a KIS Additional Assistant, you’ll be a valued part of the kindergarten team, helping to:
- Support the meaningful participation of all children in daily activities.
- Create warm, welcoming spaces where every child feels seen and supported.
- Collaborate with educators to deliver inclusive, play-based learning.
- Bring positivity, kindness and teamwork to every moment.
This is a casual role during school terms paying $28.80 per hour + 25% casual loading.
Opportunities vary across kindergartens in Victoria's North West region. Hours vary based depending on each kindergarten's service schedule but may include up to 15 hours per week during the school term, generally working between 8:15am and 5pm weekdays.
